Visualize what you NEED to become not what you WANT to become and create a plan then attack. Then you chip away at the goal each and every day. How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time but let’s face it we all want to eat that thing as fast as we can. Truth be told it’s about setting daily “micro goals’ and accomplishing them. Think of it like a baseball game, everyone wants to hit the homeruns but games are won also with singles, doubles, walks etc.
